Part I: Union and its Territory

Part IVA: Fundamental Duties
#

Fundamental Duties are listed under Article 51A. They were added by the 42nd Amendment Act, 1976, on the recommendation of the Swaran Singh Committee. The duty under Article 51A(k) was added by the 86th Amendment Act, 2002.
